ABOUT THE BOOK
Men share universal norms. The purpose of this book is to take those norms and recreate them in such a way that provides insight and guidance to other men. For women, it provides an orientation to the dynamics of a productive and sustainable relationship between male and female. Matthews states, “Being a man is not a title ascribed based on age. It is a destination reached after certain developmental hurdles have been overcome.” The contents of this book give men a voice to express themselves in more positive ways that do not infringe upon the rights of women or negate their responsibilities as builders of society.
